31 days left in 2018 and Christmas is Coming!

The 334th day of 2018 is the last day of November.  Only one month left in 2018.  I am both glad to have the chance turn the page on this turbulent year and also a bit overwhelmed by how fast time is going.  Tomorrow is December and that means CHRISTMAS IS COMING!  The number of the day will be the number of days remaining, 31!  And John Denver and the Muppets sing about the holiday that is on its way.

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
