Sugar Cookie Day and 0 unread emails!

Pretty nondescript day on day #190 of 2018.  7/9/18 is also National Sugar Cookie Day.  The only thing notable for me is that I have ZERO unread emails as I head to bed.  So, elated about that small detail, I will present 0 as the number of the day and play this song (about sugar) from the Archies.  Goodnight!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
