Headlights for Eminem (born 1972)

10/17/18 was another typical Fall day.  The 290th day of 2018 was filled with work/school, Field Hockey (WIN), piano lessons, homework, and email.  I know it may sound routine, but sometimes a routine day is what one needs.  Today is also Eminem's birthday (10/17/72).  So we will have 1972 as our number in Eminem's honor.  And, although I recognize Eminem as a brilliant artist, I do not usually like much of his work.  But, this song (that also features Nate Reuss) is an amazing song (great chord progressions) so we will play it tonight.

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
