Comin' Out - 30 years strong

10/11/18 was the 30th National Coming Out Day!  I am so happy to be, on the 284th day of 2018, reading many of my friends FB posts of their story, coming out.  I am honored that people have chosen me to be a person to whom they have come out.  I wish for a time where people do not have to be in, to come out, and we can all love each other for who were are and see the goodness in everyone.  For the number of the day, 30!  And Diana Ross sings us to sleep.

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
