Games People Play (only 178 days left)

9/7/2018 is the 250th day of 2018.  It was also the 2nd day of school for my kids (only 178 to go).  After work, I came home in the pouring rain and found the kids playing on the Wii.  So, I joined them.  It was fun to play games, even if inside (at least we were dry).  And, yes, I came in last, but fun was had.  The number of today will be 178 and we will hear the Alan Parsons Project sing about games people play.  Have fun this weekend!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
