Are You Ready for Some Football? (it's been 214 days)

On 9/6/2018, it was (I hope) the last 90+ day of 2018.  The 249th day of 2018 is also the opening day of the NFL season and the SUPERBOWL CHAMPION EAGLES are playing the Falcons tonight.  It's been 214 days since the last football game, so that will be our number of the day, and we will turn to Hank Williams, Jr who asks the question, ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL???

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
