3/4 Time - Waltzing with 92 Days Remaining

Day #273 of 2018 was the last day of September and, thus, 9/30/2018 was the last day of the third quarter of the year.  Wonderful weather, time spent with family, and capped by a softball game and a teammate's 16th birthday celebration after the game (to bad we could not get her a win on her birthday!) The number for today is 92.... only 92 days left in 2018, and we'll waltz off to classic Tschaikovsky to honor 3/4 time.

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
