Video killed the Radio Star in 1979 (Happy National Radio Day!)

It's the palindromic day #232 of 2018. 8/20/18 is also National Radio Day!  In 1979, The Buggles recorded Video Killed the Radio Star, and, two years later MTV began with this video!  So for our number of the day we will hold up 1979 and listen to the Buggles.

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
