Think from 1980

On the 229th day of 2018, I am still mourning The Queen.  So I am just going to leave this, on 8/17/18, one of my favorite Aretha songs, from a great Movie.  1980 (the Blues Brothers release year) is our number of the day as we should all heed Aretha's suggestion - THINK!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
