All Right! (Now, 47 New Members)

The 241st Day of 2018 was a busy day.  Work, Anna's HS Orientation, and then drove BACK to Penn for the Penn Band Intro Rehearsal.  So 8/29/18 was busy, but quite satisfying.  The number of the day is 47, for the number of new members we got today (we intend to get more the next two Mondays (9/3 and 9/10)!  And, for the Band, let's rock out to Free.  All Right!  Now!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
