Happy Birthday Jackie, Party Like it's 1969!

The 197th day of 2018 found us still at the beach, day #3 of the Sherr Family Vacation.  It was a wonderful day on 7/16/18, but even more wonderful is that it was the birthday of my sister-in-law, Jackie Walters.  So more love and appreciation here to Jackie and we will honor 1969 (the year of her and my birth) as our number of the day.  AND, proving that you can find almost anything on the Internet - one of our strangest songs of the day yet - HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JACKIE!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
