Firework! Happy 242nd Birthday, USA!

7/4/18 was the 242nd Birthday for the USA.  And we spent most of the 185th day of 2018 celebrating.  So, tired from a parade, a BBQ, and Fireworks, we turn in celebrating 242 as the number of the day and Katy Perry's Firework playing on the radio....HAPPY FOURTH!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
