Are you Superstitious on 7-13?

On 7/13/18, I could not help but think about superstitions.  It did not seem like many others felt the same on the 194th day of 2018.  I am not superstitious, but, as I said in another group, I am more ritualistic.  So, as I head into vacation mode, and away from the usual rituals, I want to hold up 713 as our number of the day because I LOVE the numbers 7 and 13, and we will listen to Stevie Wonder sing about superstitions.

Sugar Cookie Day and 0 unread emails!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
