Teddy! 1942

The 162nd day of 2018 is the birthday of my Aunt Teddy!  June is her first name (born in June, get it?), but we all call her Teddy.  So let's pick 1942, the year of her birth, for the number of the day, and this Elvis classic can make us sing about Teddy (bears) as we head to sleep.  LOVE YOU, Aunt Teddy, Happy Birthday!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
