May Day - Union Label - 121th day

We have reached the 121st day of 2018.  I love the number 121, 11^2 (which is an anagram for 121 as well).  A palindrome AND a square.  Should be a good day.  And from start to finish, work to softball to snack stand, it was.  5/1/2018 is also May Day, and a day to celebrate workers.  So we will use 121 as the number of the day and this CLASSIC ad from the 80s for the ILGWU!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
