Holy, Holy, Holy .... Blessed Trinity

We started the 147th day of 2018 at Church.  And, on 5/27/18, it was Trinity Sunday.  I liked what Pastor Michael said today about the fact that we should take the Bible seriously, but not literally.  And that there really are not scriptures that support the trinitarian beliefs.  So, instead of a number based on scripture verses (my frequent go to on a Sunday), I think the best number to honor today is simply the number 3.  And, for our song, a New Age version of one of my favorite hymns, one that celebrates "God in Three Persons, blessed Trinity"  Happy Trinity Sunday, All, hope you are feeling Holy, Holy, Holy!

Sugar Cookie Day and 0 unread emails!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
