You're My Best Friend (for a dozen years!)

We are getting into the throes of Little League season.  Twelve years ago, Alexa started playing Tee Ball on a team coached by my friend Ron.  Also on the team was the daughter of Kathy Press, and this is when we met.  So, on the 115th day of 2018, National Hug a Plumber Day, I send out a virtual hug to my good friend, Kathy, who also happens to be a plumber!  On 4/25/18 we will have the number 12 as our number of the day (since we have been friends for 12 years) and listen to this Queen classic song! <3

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
