Alexa is 16!

I have been waiting for the 92nd day of 2018 for a long time.  At 2:16PM on 4/2/18, the 16th anniversary of the day our lives changed was marked as Alexa Faith officially turned 16.  If it seems as if we have been celebrating all weekend, I guess we have.  But you only turn 16 once, right?  For the number of the day we will use 16 for a 3rd time (16 is in the lead for the number of the year I guess), and, for our song, I looked for a 16-related song.  But most of them are a bit creepy if you listen to the words, so I am going to use the song that inspired Alexa's name, a Billy Joel classic.

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
