Taking Care of the Brain (and 283 Diagnoses)
Self Care is very important. Last week, it was returning to the chiropractor and the swimming pool. On the 87th day of 2018 my self care plan turned to the brain. And on 3/28/18 I feel much better for it. Learning how to stay relaxed in stressful situations and thinking about good things, not bad, are important exercises. And I am glad to have been reminded of that today. For the number of the day, let's use 283 for the number of diagnoses in the 2011 DSM-IV-TR, the most recent edition (up from 95 in the 1952 DSM-I). And, I searched songs about brains and got this Rihanna diamond. So, let's enjoy. Now, off to bed before Midnight, another way to practice self-care! Goodnight!
