St. Patrick's since 461 AD

St. Patrick's Day 2018, the 76th day of 2018.  3/17/18 was a day filled with Irish activities for many people, for us, we just watched NCAA Basketball and had a nice family day.  While I am not fond of the SPD holiday, I wanted to honor a number and song for those that are.  St. Patrick died in 461 A.D., so we will have 461 as the number of the day and, while there are many shapes and sizes of Irish Music, I prefer to have, as song of the day tonight, movement #4 from Holst's 2nd Suite.  I loved playing this song, and like listening as well.  Happy St. Patrick's Day.  Goodnight!

Sugar Cookie Day and 0 unread emails!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
