A Tribute to George on his 75th

2/24/18 was the 55th day of 2018.  Like most palindromic days, it was filled with a lot of joy.  I mean I had to get my windshield replaced, but I also got to announce the last boy's basketball home game of the season AND see the Penn Glee Club Show (Good Job Fellas!)  Driving around and listening to Beatles Radio on XM, I realized it is the birthday weekend of George Harrison.  George would have been 75 tomorrow, so 75 will be our number of the day.  And, for the song, I will pick one of my favorites from his solo career - totally pop (and not a lot of words, I realize), but catchy, and fun!

Sugar Cookie Day and 0 unread emails!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
