Humble and Kind at 4 1/3

The 29th day of 2018 started out, as it usually does, with me driving to work listening to the radio.  Needing a little more relaxing mood, I was listening to The Blend on XM Radio.  And one my favorite songs came on the radio.  So I am going to let my song of the day inspire my number of the day, for a change.  I love this song and its instruction to stay "humble and kind."  That is my goal for my own behavior on most days.  Humility and Kindness, we need more of this in the world.  This song is 4 minutes and 20 seconds long.  4 1/3 minutes.... so 4 1/3 is the number of the day and Tim McGraw can sing us home!

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
