123 Sesame Street

So today was 1/23/18, the 23rd day of the year and all I could think of all day was Sesame Street.  Maybe it was the need to have simple, happy thoughts in my head during crazy busy times.  123 Sesame Street has so many good memories and good memories can help during busy days at work.  So the number of the day is 123.  And the song is the theme that brings a smile to my face?

102nd Birthday

The 43rd day pf 2018 marked the anniversary of the birth of a very important person.  And Abraham Lincoln too!  But 2/12/18 would have been the 102nd birthday of Nettie Soskin, my Bubbe.  She was one of the most amazing women I have ever met and she is one of my role models.  And she could cook too!!  <3  So, to honor her, we have the number of the day as 102 and this Stevie Wonder classic as our song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inS9gAgSENE
